The address for the training is Fog Lane, Manchester M20 4UP. Please turn up with boots on and ready to go for 10.30. Bring a light and dark top, boots, water and layers to keep you warm!

We welcome all standards of players and will be focusing on different aspects of the game each week. After Christmas we will aim to continue the weekly sessions and will be in touch with further dates soon.

We aim to improve our finishing position last year and make it to Nationals! We are also planning on attending a few friendly indoor, outdoor and beach tournaments and the more the merrier!

We will be having a Christmas social on the evening of the Saturday 13th December training. Please search “Manchester Women’s Ultimate Team” on facebook and join and we will officially invite you to the Christmas social. You will also find updates on the sessions as well as fitness programs and other social events.

The weekly Skills Session will be back up and running this Sunday after a brief hiatus for Winter League! The last 2 sessions have had 30+ people (despite clashing with university events and Black Sheep training) so let's keep the momentum going and numbers high!

I'm really pleased to announce that starting next Sunday (26th October) Manchester Ultimate are going to be running Skills Sessions in collaboration with Manchester Womens.

These sessions are aimed at everyone who wants to improve their game and learn from some of the best coaches and players not only in Manchester, but across the UK. We're very lucky to have coaches with experience from playing with & leading Chevron, GB Women, GB Open & GB U23s amongst other high profile teams.

The sessions will be from 11am to 1pm in Fog Lane Park (where Summer League was hosted) and we're hoping to run them every Sunday (apart from on Northern Winter League weekends) over the Winter. That's boots on ready to run at 11am, not arrive at 11am!!

Whether you're a student looking to learn the basics, seasoned veteran looking to test yourself or a casual player wanting to improve that forehand huck then these sessions will have something for you!
